I think it's safe to say that I personally won't be checking out this event, but I can't speak for the rest of the office and certainly not for all of you -- maybe you find pleasure in digging through grody pile upon pile of scattered, completely unsorted garments. Old Navy Outlet store? Hmmm ... Yes, American Apparel is hosting an even they're cleverly dubbing Factory Flea Market ... because it's ... at the ...factory! ... and ... it's like ... a flea market. December 9, noon - 6 PM. What!? 1000000 garments!? $1 entrance fee!? The Cobra Snake!? Hmmm ... color me super skeptical, but don't let me dissuade any of you from embracing the pack rat in you. If you're totally lost and can't fine the American Apparel factory for some bizarre reason (it's the biggest warehouse-est building with Helvetica all over it in the ghetto eastern section of downtown L.A.), get some directions here.
