TCHO Chocolate "Upgrades"

You hear about it all the time: a creative who somehow made it big and wound up with a big pile of money or young venture capitalist putting his capital in the right, burgeoning industries goes out on a limb with an unorthodox investment idea.

This was the case with WIRED's co-founder, Louis Rossetto, who recently started the first chocolate company for the techy crowd, TCHO Chocolate. In classic Silicon Valley style (the company's based in San Francisco), TCHO chocolate was first available in BETA .2x form (however many ALPHAs existed before that, we can't say), but was recently "upgraded" to BETA .6x. Additionally, the chocolate can now be bought online and shipped anywhere―previously, you actually had to pick your order up at Pier 17 in S.F.

While the Anthem Los Angeles staff has yet to try any of the wonderful confection, the reviews we've read of BETA .2x has left us drooling:

...I wasn't prepared for was how strong the chocolate would be. It's difficult to describe; it's not milky or smooth, but it's not bitter, it's really good, and really filling. I could barely eat any of it (in a good way) and I'm a self-professed chocoholic. I look forward to refining my palette as the company grows.

We can only imagine what the new and improved BETA .6x is like! Buy some and tell us what it's like!
