La Fiesta de Fiestas In DJ's

Our Coachella weekend bash this year, La Fiesta de Fiestas, was indeed a blast, and we've made that clear in the two recap videos we put together (to make people who went miss it more and grieve with us and instill jealousy in those who skipped out this year, of course!)

One thing that we've glossed over in our summarizing of the twelve-hour party of all parties, though, was the fact that nothing would've been possible (or at least as fun and exciting) without the boundless effort of our crew of DJ's. Justin Miller of D.F.A. records, Boys Noize, M.A.N.D.Y., Claude VonStroke, the Ed Banger Crew, Surkin, Para One, Tommie Sunshine, and Spencer Product all graced the decks at some point, never dropping the ball and keeping the bar set high for the next turntablist.

This video examines more closely a few of the folks who were responsible for the fiesta never becoming silent (M.A.N.D.Y. and Justin Miller in particular). Being afforded such an opportunity―having literally a dozen or so world-class DJ's in attendance at one single party―is a rare one indeed, so we felt compelled to document the interaction of these artists in particular. When else are you going to catch two dudes from Berlin's minimalist scene chatting it up with Italo-disco head like Justin Miller?
