Alpinestars Launches New Women's Site

Alpinestars, primarily known for their line of men’s and moto-racing apparel, has just launched a website exclusively for their women’s fashion line. The best part is you don’t have to like bikes to dig it!

The women's site features apparel from the up-coming Fall 2008 line sprawled out on cut-out-doll-esque images of a model allowing the viewer to engage more interactively with the line. Sorry boys, you can’t undress the girl down to her birthday suit, but girls, you can click on individual pieces to get multiple views of the clothing.

Also, a behind-the-scenes video of a fashion shoot brings you into the life of two models mussing-up their hair, applying lip-gloss and texting between takes. It does its part to remove the image of “glam” from photoshoots and adds a bit of behind-the-scenes realism to the already cute collection.
