"Part of the Weekend Never Dies" Loop Trailer

Soulwax needs no introduction, but a documentary hailing the DJ group's fame, talent, and worldwide appeal has been a long time coming. What is it exactly that goes on backstage at their mega-concerts? How does it feel to be part of the crowd in Sao Paulo... or Berlin... or Toronto... ?

Saam Farahmand attempted to answer these question by following Soulwax on tour and capturing practically every moment of their international stint.

Soulwax filmed 120 shows with one camera, in Europe, Japan, U.S., Latin America, and Australia. The result is a snapshot of life on the road with one of the most exciting live bands in the world, and features their friends including 2manydj's, James Murphy & Nancy Whang (LCD Soundsystem), Erol Alkan, Tiga, Justice, Busy P, So-Me, Peaches, Klaxons and many more in interview, as well as behind-the-scenes footage, and LOTS of music.

Sounds appealing, right? Find out more here or read the last post we put up on the documentary.

The main reason we decided to write about P.O.T.W.N.D. again was because the new website trailer is spectacular! How come no one's thought of the loop idea Soulwax has incorporated into their homepage yet!?
