Our Legacy has been around since 2005, but only in the past couple years has the small Swedish label expanded and evolved into its current, promising form. Think A.P.C. transplanted to the cold north with less cuteness and more ruggedness. We did an interview with the founders back in July, so read that story for a deeper explanation of what Our Legacy is!
The company just updated its website, making it far more navigable and useful. More exciting is the announcement of its Spring/Summer 2009 collection, "A Sundried Youth." The new line feels more serious and intense than previous collections—and that's a good thing! Our Legacy always stresses the importance of conceptually tying all facets of its brand together and never shoddily constructing any of its garments, so expect top-notch quality with the S/S 09 threads. Keep an eye on these Swedes... they'll only expand more and enrich in quality.
